Laura Mars, the founder of Dog Training With Laura Mars, has always had a deep love for dogs. With over 20 years of experience as a registered Social Work practitioner, including 11 years as a Senior Social Worker in Learning and Development, Laura brings a unique perspective to dog training.

After following her childhood dream to become a qualified dog trainer, Laura now specialises in 1:1 dog training and behaviour modification for dogs of all ages. Her training approach focuses on using modern, effective, reward-based methods that set your dog up for success while protecting your bond.

Laura's own dog, Milo, has been a source of inspiration and learning for her. Through their training transformation journey, Milo has become a happy and confident dog, overcoming his fears and behavioural challenges. This experience has deepened Laura's understanding of the dog parent perspective and challenges, making her a better trainer.
